I have a pace 8193 I acquired, and it seems to have a loose wire .. but the wire seems to be part of some modification.. it starts at the power "block" in the back left of the radio looking from the front then was drapped across the inside of the radio along with 2 black wires, over to the right side some where and the loose wire has a resistor soldered to it that's where it broke I guess.. so the tag end is somewhere in the board I believe... Or maybe not . I got a short video if I can post it I will any ideas?
