CBRT/TWRC Convention

#381572

Post by bluemeanie »

Ok Here's the skinny we are doing it again. July 28 and July 29 2017. Ault,CO @ The Bison Breath. Great place food, drinks big hall, great. There a nice motel 6 miles down the road in Eaton CO, The Cobblestone Inn. Its a really nice place to stay. There are a limited number of camp spots available too. You can contact me about those. Ok there's the time and place, NO excuses. Last year there were no CBRT members present. Don't be a slacker, get your mugs (and the rest of you too) there. Was fun last year. See if can make it better this year.

OK another kick in the pants. Get to eastern Colorado for the Convention. Don't be accused of being a slacker.

Well Ya missed it. Was a great time. Made a lot of contacts. We had some antenna issues but got things going. Saturday was a good day for radio had conditions all day and part of the night. As usual had really good food at The Bison Breath. Well plans are being made for next year as soon as things get finalized will start posting again. Ya got a year to plan.

Haven't ever been any further west than Austin, TX.
Guess I missed my chance again.

Perhaps there will be a Convention in Amish Country one day.
We love loud, sparkley things.
