Currently I run a Swan 270B Cygnet retuned for 11mtrs.

In the past I've run:

Swan 200
Tram D201
Stoner
FT-101E
Black Face Messenger
HW-101
R-390
and a boat load of Hallicrafters.

Real radios glow in the dark!

My ceramic tetrode doesn't glow much but I'll take it over sweep tubes and pills any day. One tube is all an amp needs and a medical pull can be had a lot cheaper than old sweep tubes. The amp will cost more up front but if you're in it for the long haul its a good investment.

I run a D&A Phantom Triple Stage on a daily basis, great amp.
Also have a Scout (I think) 2 tube modulator, does about 150 Watts.
