Finally!

Well it finally came in. A RCI 2970N4 . 10, 11, and 12 meters. Got it hooked up and hit a few folks on 38 lsb right off the bat. A little bit of umph helps when conditions aren't so great, and really helps when it's rolling. Put it away for tonight. Need to go through the manual. Going to work 10 meters with it also. Have to use the DOSY to find where 200 is to keep within limits of a Technician. I'll be on the air!



Also got the Palomar SL41 mic. I'll keep the Astatic 636L with the Galaxy working as a base.

Oh, and it's running through LMR400 coax to a Predator BadToTheBone.

Good looking setup Aughtry, if any 10m hammie's ask you what radio your running tell them it's a Yeasu.

Yep, been there done that a couple years ago. Tell them it's a yaesu you'll get a great report back.
