Tekpower Switching Power Supply

I got a TP30SWII and think I have it hooked up properly.

There is an Italian Amp hooked to it and when I key the mic
I get a fast clicking sound from the power supply.

With the little Italian on SSB setting the clicking is slower.

Any thoughts on what is clicking and what I need to do to correct it?

The clicking sound means the PS isn't putting out enough amperage. Look at what it does on the average spec not the peak.
