Upgrading bigger transistor fatboy amp
I have 4pill fatboy with sd1446 transistors. I was wondering if I could place 4x 2879 in its Place without doing any thing else to It? Also I have a 2x2290 fatboy amp and was wanting to make 1pill modulator out of it could I just take out Transistor? I would like to hear any info and thank you in advance.

No. Will need proper caps across input and output transformers and input/ output retuned
