Looks interesting. Might check with a local university. Either their anthropology or archeology departments could help figure it out.

From what i can tell it looks to me like a "River" stone, just a common rock that's been subject to the effects of nature..

If it is I wouldn't tell anyone about it, things like that shut down a construction project in Richmond VA for 2 yrs that I was on.

It could be a axe or club head used by the Woodland Indians. They were sorta like farmers back in 1000 BCE to 1-500 CE and were big into using stones for tools.

Here is some pictures of Axe heads used by the Woodland Indians.

Here is a spear or arrow head I have from the Woodland Indians...(found it in my front yard)

This is what the spears or arrows would have looked like

Woodland Indians were found everywhere from Canada to Florida, to the Gulf Coast of Texas. So more than likely what you have is a Woodland Indian axe head...And if not...Had one of the Indians found it, they would have used it! :mrgreen:
